Kuthaba Bush Lodge

For Guests Staying on Friday night:

• Check-in will be available from 1:00pm on Friday afternoon.

• Your accommodation package includes a light breakfast on Saturday morning.

• Please note that the venue bar will only be open on Saturday during the wedding celebrations, so guests are asked to bring their own drinks for Friday evening.

• The wedding bar will remain open until 00:00am on Saturday night. After this time, guests may consume their own drinks.

• We kindly ask that guests do not consume their own alcohol during the wedding celebrations, as this may result in the venue closing the bar service.

• Please also note that lunch will not be provided on Saturday. Canapés will be served from 3:00pm, so we recommend planning accordingly, as breakfast will be a lighter offering (please see the menu section for details).

For Guests Staying on Saturday night:

• Check-in will be available from 1:00pm on Saturday afternoon.

• Your accommodation package includes a full breakfast on Sunday morning served at 9:00 am.

• We kindly ask that all guests are seated at the ceremony venue by 1:30pm.

• The wedding bar will remain open until 00:00am on Saturday night. After this time, guests may consume their own drinks.

• Please refrain from consuming your own alcohol during the wedding celebrations, as this may result in the venue closing the bar service.

• Check-out on Sunday morning is at 11:00am.

General venue information:

• No formal check-in is required after 5:00pm. Your unit key will be placed in the door, allowing you to proceed directly to your accommodation upon arrival.

• A rooming list will be available at the reception desk to assist in locating your unit.

• Reception hours are from 7:30am – 5:00pm.

• Limited cellphone reception at the lodge.

• Upon departure, we kindly ask that guests leave their unit key in the door.

• Please remember to bring any personal essentials you may require during your stay, including toiletries, extension cords, hair dryers, and any other personal items.

• Please note that Kuthaba does not have a restaurant on-site.

• The venue will email each guest directly with their accommodation invoice.

• Due to the high volume of accommodation payments received daily, you are kindly requested to use the invoice number provided as the payment reference and to email proof of payment to in order to confirm your booking.

• Please note: accommodation bookings will only be confirmed once proof of payment has been received by the venue via email.
